All provisions of this contract are subject to the TOS (Terms of Service), AUP (Acceptable Use Policy), and the Fair Usage policy of weblagos.com. The AUP, TOS, and Fair Usage Policy (“the policies”) may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the Company. Subscriber understands that change to the policies by the Company shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment. This Agreement shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- Disclosure to Law Enforcement: The AUP specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, the Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition, weblagos.com shall have the right to terminate all services set forth in this Agreement.
- Service Rates: Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Subscriber. Subscriber is aware that the Company may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. The promotional offer is contingent upon the Company achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to the company by its suppliers.
- Payment: Establishment of this service is dependent upon receipt by the Company of payment of stated charges. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date of the billing cycle for the forthcoming period.
- Payments and Fees: Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 3 days past due. Service interrupted for nonpayment may be subject to a reconnect charge. The Company may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of Subscriber to pay charges when due. - Refund and Disputes: All payments to weblagos.com are non-refundable: this includes any setup fees, overpayment, services that have not been setup by us due to delay from customer or any subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. Some payments may be refunded back to the wallet in client area.

Therefore, the subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company. Subscriber further acknowledges that the company’s liability for its own negligence may not, in any event, exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury
- New Domain Accounts: All new web hosting accounts involving new domains will be set up and entered into our DNS servers within 3 to 5 business days. Due to unforeseen complications, however, this process may sometimes require up to 7 business days.

Security
You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest or employee. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. In addition, you may not use your account to breach the security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server.
- Your password provides access to your account. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.
- Sharing your password and account access with unauthorized users is prohibited. You should take care to prevent others from using your account since you will be held responsible for such use
- Attempting to obtain another user’s account password is strictly prohibited, and may result in termination of service.
- You must adopt adequate security measures to prevent or minimize unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for you, logging into or making use of a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access or probing the security of other networks. Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security is prohibited. Examples of these tools include, but are not limited to, password guessing programs, cracking tools, or network probing tools.
- You may not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network (“denial of service attacks”). This includes, but is not limited to, “flooding” of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and attempts to “crash” a host.

Fair Usage Policy
Network Performance
weblagos.com accounts operate on shared resources. Excessive use or abuse of these shared networks and hosting resources by one customer may have a negative impact on all other customers. Misuse of network resources in a manner that impairs network or server performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in the termination of your account.
You are prohibited from excessive consumption of resources, including CPU time, memory, disk space, and session time. You may not use resource-intensive programs which negatively impact other customers or the performances of weblagos.com systems or networks. weblagos.com reserves the right to terminate or limit such activities.
“Unlimited Bandwidth/Unlimited Storage” accounts: Accounts specifying “unlimited data transfer” allows you to transfer an unlimited amount of data to and from your website as long as this does not impact server or network resources unless you are transferring over 350Mb of data per day (an average of over 10Gb per month), this is unlikely to happen – but this “maximum recommendation” may vary depending on network and server conditions and at weblagos.com discretion. For plans with Unlimited Storage, individual emails on Cpanel must not be more than 1GB. Accounts taking advantage of unlimited web space must not:
- Use the account as a “file dump” for files unrelated to the website.
- Use the account as a backup for any computers or other devices, or backups of the live website.
- Store very large amounts of email. Individual email accounts storing over 1GB of the email will be required to reduce their usage to under 1GB if requested by technical staff. Failure to act on this will result in the automatic termination of the email account.
- Monopolize other finite resources such as CPU or memory.
- Accounts found to be causing instability, consuming excessive resources, or otherwise exceeding these restrictions may have a fixed web space limit imposed at our sole discretion. We endeavor to contact the account owner prior to taking corrective action in all cases where server stability isn’t being compromised. As resources are shared with other users if one account is causing instability, we may need to temporarily suspend it until the excessive usage stops.
- Store multiple backups of site content within the account, including but not limited to, cPanel backups, and automated Softaculous backups. All our packages contain limits on the number of files that can be stored in the hosting account, but not the size of the files themselves. Files may be removed without notice from hosting accounts where this is deemed to have taken place.
Domain Names
By requesting the registration of a domain name, you also enter into a contract of registration with the relevant Domain Name registry company and their terms and conditions are a separate contract to those provided by ourselves. Please ensure you read and agree with their terms and conditions before ordering a domain name:
Occasionally, domain names may be registered via other third-party registrars whose terms and conditions may slightly differ from those shown above. If you have any concerns with this, please contact our sales department before agreeing to the registration of a domain name.
REVISIONS TO THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND FAIR USAGE POLICY

Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with our TOS (Terms of Service).
